A written commitment is stipulated in the contract: full deposit refund plus coverage of round-trip shipping fees shall be offered if the car has water immersion, fire damage, major accidents or rolled-back odometer readings. Customers are allowed to entrust a third-party institution to inspect the vehicles on-site; inland truck delivery to the port will only be arranged after full verification.
  • A full landed cost breakdown sheet will be issued, including base car price, ocean freight, destination port customs duties, customs clearance fees and local trucking fees. Both parties may negotiate on trade terms to clarify respective liabilities, such as EXW (Ex Works), FCA (Free Carrier), FOB (Free On Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight).

Scanned copies of documents will be sent to customers for pre-review first, while original documents will be shipped with the vessel with tracking numbers shared promptly.
  • Standard term: 30% deposit to reserve the in-stock vehicle; container loading will be arranged only after full balance payment upon satisfactory vehicle inspection. Long-term bulk clients may negotiate balance payment against copy of bill of lading. We accept Letter of Credit (L/C) and third-party cross-border payment services to mitigate financial risks for both sides. Payment via Alibaba’s online credit insurance platform is also available to fully safeguard buyers’ interests.
